Charter Petition Creation
In order to begin a new charter school or change an existing public school to charter status, school developers must first submit a petition to the sponsoring agency detailing the charter’s educational and operational plans. CSMC helps with this petition process so that the charter can be approved for construction.
Grant Creation and Submittal
We help prepare, implement, and submit Government and Institutional grant proposals in order to ensure the future fiscal health of new charter schools.
Negotiations with Local Governing Boards and District Staff
We assist charter organizers in negotiating with the Local Education Authority (LEA) as well as in establishing correspondence with the Department of Education.
