“I have had the privilege of working with CSMC for the past two years. Within PowerSchool, I am responsible for all aspects of the teachers’ link to the Student Information System (PowerSchool) via Power Teacher including training, troubleshooting and professional development. I oversee grade reporting, including report cards, GPA and transcript creation, and development. I work with special programs and tagging students within those programs.
CSMC has been a critical aspect of the school’s operation and implantation of these endeavors. Though PowerSchool is the fifth SIS system I have operated, I had no previous experience with it as either a front end or back end user. Without CSMC support we would not have had the instant and sometimes daily support which was and often still is required to allow us to work at full capacity. The team from CSMC is always available morning and evenings and will stay late if on the phone with me figuring out a complex task.
The customer loyalty is second to none. Last summer I had a very complex master schedule issue and CSMC worked with me for several straight days past 11:00 PM at night and on the weekend to make sure we had our student course requests ready on time. To that effect on the first day of school, less than one percent of our 2000 students were not in a class with a full schedule on the first day of school. CSMC will provide phone, electronic and face to face support to make sure you are good and ready to go. Their staff are open, supportive and will get back to you quickly. They do not rest until your issue is resolved. The folks at CSMC are not only professionals but after two years of working together, they are good friends.”
